EUHSD Donation Process

Escondido Union High School District welcomes donations of goods, services and capital. In order to receive a donation, you will need to complete the form found below. This will ensure the donor receives proper recognition from the District’s Governing Board, in addition to confirmation that the District has accepted the donation and the donor can claim the donation for tax purposes.

Please follow the following steps to ensure the process correctly completed:

  • Notify Site or Department Secretary that a donation is being made
  • Complete the “EUHSD Donation Form” (PDF below)
  • Send the completed form to Business Services, attention Jenny Chumbley
  • Donation is placed on the next Governing Board meeting
  • Thank you letter and Governing Board recognition is sent to the donator
