The Escondido Chamber of Commerce Charitable Foundation recognized the first Rising Stars of the 2024-2025 school year. Over the Rising Stars breakfast, students shared struggles they have overcome and their plans for the future. They all expressed appreciation for being selected. Congratulations to all!

Congratulations to Del Lago Academy - Campus of Applied Science, Escondido High School, and San Pasqual High School for earning a place in the College Board’s AP Honor Roll! DLA and EHS earned Bronze school and SPHS earned Silver. The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools that have done outstanding work to welcome more students into Advanced Placement courses and support them on the path to college success. EHS also received the 2024 AP Access Award for ensuring AP coursework is equally available to students no matter their background.

The 17th Annual Escondido High School Pumpkinfest was full of fun! There were pumpkins grown by our students available for purchase, tractor rides, carnival games, a petting zoo, face painting, and more!

Congratulations to our outstanding students who were recognized by the National Merit Scholarship Program as Commended Students! Commended Students are recognized for their outstanding ability and potential for academic success in college.
