THREE ESCONDIDO UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT SENIORS AWARDED PRESTIGIOUS GATES SCHOLARSHIP

Escondido, CA – Escondido Union High School District (EUHSD) is proud to announce and celebrate a historic achievement:
three outstanding seniors from Del Lago Academy (DLA), Orange Glen High School (OGHS), and Escondido High School (EHS)
who have been selected as 2025 recipients of The Gates Scholarship, a highly selective, full-ride scholarship that is granted
exceptional high school seniors nationwide each year.

TWO ESCONDIDO UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT EDUCATORS HONORED WITH LEADER AMONG PEERS AWARD

Escondido, CA – San Pasqual High School Teacher Michelle Santoro Cavassa and District Service Center Counselor Holly Anderson have been named recipients of the Leader Among Peers Award by the Northern Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) Region 10. They are two of only six educators selected across three ACSA Region 18 charters for this recognition.
